ORDER REGULATIONS FOR THE SEASIDE HOTEL IN GDYNIA
Pursuant to art. 44 section 3 of the Act of 29 August 1997 on hotel services and the services of tour guides and tourist guides (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1553, 2361) – in order to ensure order and safety of the customers of the Nadmorski Hotel and their property, the Order Regulations for the Nadmorski Hotel in Gdynia are hereby introduced.
These regulations bind all persons staying on the premises of the above-mentioned hotel or using the services provided by the Nadmorski Hotel in Gdynia.
1. Rented hotel premises, including residential premises (rooms and apartments), may only be occupied by the number of adults (including children) specified in the contract.
2. Hotel accommodations are rented on a nightly basis. Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and ends at 12:00 PM the following day.
3. The person occupying the accommodation, hereinafter referred to as the “hotel guest”, determines the duration of his/her stay, and in the absence of such determination, it is assumed that the room was rented for one day.
4. Guests should notify the reception desk of their request for an extension beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival by 10:00 AM on the day the room rental expires. The hotel may not accommodate a guest’s request to extend their stay if there are no available rooms.
5. A hotel guest is not entitled to transfer the room he vacates to other persons, even if the period for which he paid the fee for the stay has not expired.
6. Persons who are not hotel guests (not registered at the hotel) are not allowed to stay in the hotel room from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day.
7. Quiet hours must be maintained in residential premises from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day.
8. Hotel guests are obliged to comply with the established hours and form of serving meals (including breakfast).
9. Hotel guests acknowledge that meals will be available at the hotel during the hours indicated below:
• breakfast: from 7:00 to 11:00
• other – as provided at the Reception Desk.
The hotel may change the hours of serving breakfast and other meals, and will inform guests in advance at the Reception Desk.
10. The hotel strictly prohibits taking food and products, especially beverages, fruit and dairy products, outside the room designated for serving and consuming meals.
11. For food safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring, accept or consume food or alcohol from outside the Hotel on its premises.
12. Every hotel guest is obliged to maintain cleanliness and order in the living area and in common areas.
13. Due to fire protection requirements, it is prohibited to use any devices or apparatus powered by electricity or gas in residential premises that are not part of the equipment of these premises and that may create a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, radiators, irons and gas burners.
14. Each time a guest leaves the hotel, they are required to leave their room key (chip key) at the hotel reception desk. The guest is obligated to reimburse all costs associated with the loss or damage of room keys due to the guest’s fault, at a rate of PLN 72 per key.
15. The hotel guest is fully financially liable for any damage or destruction of the hotel’s equipment and technical devices that occurs due to the intentional or unintentional fault of the hotel guest or the fault of his or her visitors.
16. The hotel is obligated to ensure that bed linen and towels are changed at the guest’s request, but no more than once a day. Bed linen and towels are changed in the guest’s absence, and in the guest’s presence only at the guest’s express request.
17. Residential cleaning is carried out between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. In exceptional cases, cleaning hours may change.
18. The hotel is obliged to provide free of charge deposit services at the request of the hotel guest, in particular the acceptance of luggage for storage and the wake-up service at a specified time.
19. Liability for loss or damage to items brought by hotel guests is governed by the provisions of Title XXIX of the Third Book of the Civil Code – Liability, lien and limitation of claims for the maintenance of hotels and similar establishments.
20. The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest not using the hotel garage. The cost of renting a parking space in the underground garage is PLN 99 per space per day. Guests using the hotel’s underground garage are required to comply with the Hotel Nadmorski Gdynia Underground Garage Rules.
21. Hotel guests have the right, for an additional fee (PLN 100 per pet per day), to stay in the living quarters with an animal in accordance with the Regulations for dogs and other pets at the Nadmorski Hotel.
22. The hotel guest is fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction caused by the animal to the hotel’s equipment and technical devices in accordance with the Regulations for the stay of dogs and other pets at the Nadmorski Hotel.
23. Items left in the guest’s accommodation after departure will be returned by the hotel at the guest’s expense to the address provided by the guest. If the guest fails to provide an address to which the items should be returned, or if the guest fails to personally collect the items, the hotel will dispose of the items in accordance with the regulations regarding lost and found items.
24. In accordance with regulations, smoking cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited at the Nadmorski Hotel. A designated smoking area is located at the hotel entrances. Please observe the hotel’s smoking ban in this accommodation. Any smell of smoke indicates the need for additional air conditioning in this room, at a cost of PLN 500. This fee will be added to your hotel bill.
25. Persons using the Genesis Institute located on the premises of the Hotel are obliged to comply with the Regulations for the use of the facility and services provided by the Genesis Institute.
