We have implemented a Minor Protection Policy in our facility, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amended as of May 13, 2016, on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors.
In accordance with the above, our staff implements principles that ensure special safety for all persons under 18 years of age staying on the premises.
In accordance with the adopted rules:
Minors (under 18 years of age) cannot make a reservation or check in without an adult present. To check a minor into our property, a valid ID (e.g., ID card, passport, or student ID) is required. In the case of guardians who are not the minor’s parents, a document authorizing them to provide care for the minor is required.
The personal data of minor Guests are stored in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
Our staff has undergone internal training and is attentive to the safety of underage guests.
We also collaborate with local emergency services to ensure a quick and effective response.
