Individual Trainings
In GENESIS, our priority is training safety, in order to make physical activity healthy and to make it provide a great deal of satisfaction and well-being.
At our Institute, a trainer is also a professional physiotherapist. He/she can select exercises and activities to eliminate the risk of injury and overexertion.
GENESIS gym equipment and surroundings enable the use of a wide range of methods: functional training, TRX, cross, kettle, strength training, interval training, cardio, Nordic walking, cycling, running, tennis.
