Personal training

Training conducted individually or in groups of 2/3, tailored to each customer and focusing on their objectives, physical condition and abilities that exclude possible contraindications.

Individual training usually involves work out at the gym or a fitness club. However, in order to ensure greater motivation and diversify the training, it sometimes takes place outdoors or at the swimming pool.

The instructor is always there and not only to correct exercises, motivate the customer or plan and modify the training. On some occasions, personal trainer is the one who helps the customer overcome their internal barriers and introduce – sometimes revolutionary – changes in their lives. These changes may concern nutrition, ergonomics or everyday activities. What is important is to choose the right trainer for a given customer – right in terms of competence, appearance or even sense of humor. After all, the customer will spend a lot of time with that person, so the two should generally be friendly towards each other.

Physiotherapy

Due to the growing number of civilization-related diseases and the simultaneous promotion of sport and recreation, everyone started suffering from various types of injuries, pain conditions and disorders concerning body structure (e.g. scoliosis or bad posture) to a lesser or greater extent. The search for alternatives to lengthy pharmacology, the continued passive leisure, the growing social awareness and the desire to lead an active professional and social life despite any motor or pain-related limitations have led to an tremendous development of physical rehabilitation and physiotherapy in the recent decades. Thanks to widely available rehabilitation and active cooperation between different fields of medicine (e.g. orthopedics, neurology and surgery) and physiotherapy we are now able to minimize disease-related pain and motor dysfunctions or even cure a disease entirely. When working with a patient (often on an everyday basis), a physiotherapist tries to meet the objectives by using different therapy methods, making diagnoses and adapting therapy to patient’s needs. The team of physiotherapists at Genesis Spa is professionally qualified and follows modern rehabilitation standards. They will help you fully recover after an injury or a surgical procedure. Rehabilitation carried out at our spa usually concerns diseases of the spine or joints (shoulder, elbow, knee or ankle).

Diamond Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion involves mechanical abrasion of the cuticle using a device equipped with a special diamond-tipped head. In addition, the skin is automatically cleansed through the application of negative pressure.
The effects are immediate: the procedure makes the skin look better – the skin becomes bright, smooth, clean and revitalized.
It also has a very positive effect on the dermis. It becomes firm and regenerated thanks to the strong synthesis of collagen and elastin.
That is why this method is often applied in non-invasive correction of wrinkles and scars, removal of discoloration and skin cleansing.

Cavitation exfoliation is a procedure performed using ultrasounds.
